Terry Fox Walk in Gravelbourg

Par Jean-Maurice Ebrottié – Collaboration avec l’ÉBS, l’ÉMG et l’ACFG

On Friday, September 16th, the daycare Le Tounesol, École Beau Soleil, and École Mathieu de Gravelbourg took part in the Terry Fox Walk. ÉBS and ÉMG have participated in this event for over 20 consecutive years. Thanks to the generosity of all those who offered donations and pledges, the schools were able to collect $2364 for the Canadian Cancer Society. ÉBS, ÉMG, and the daycare Le Tournesol would like to extend a special thank you to the Gravelbourg RCMP detachment for its kind assistance during this activity.

2016-2017 School Year Welcome Message: from the desk of CÉF joint co-executive directors

Dear Parents,

Let us welcome you back on occasion of the CÉF's inauguration of the 2016-2017 school year. You will find that our school staff is genuinely involved in the educational mission of the CÉF, which is committed to the academic success of your child. In our schools, you will meet other parents like you who want the best education for their children, not only in French first language, but also the very best education available anywhere in Saskatchewan.

The considerable reduction of the CÉF's long-term debt and the adoption by the Francophone school Board of a balanced budget in 2016-2017, will allow the organization to begin the school year in a context that will better enable it to fulfill its mission than it has been in the recent past.
